REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Marketify offers limited refunds or returns for any products sold via its website or any other portal(s) or website(s) affiliated to it for any reasons due to Customer’s change of mind / accidental purchase, or damaged of goods or items sold.

In very rare cases where the Customer receives a product which is damaged or defective, or received a completely different product than which was ordered, with verifiable proof of the product or delivery defect upon receipt, Marketify will assist in requesting for an exchange or replacement the said products to the brand. All shipping and handling fees will be bourned by the Customer in the process of exchange. During the process of claiming your product exchange, a short video displaying the condition of the goods and all of its components of the said defective product and its barcode ID would be required, including the original invoice and delivery order receipt that was delivered via email / paper.

Any request for defective product exchange must be made no later than 7 calendar days from the purchase date, and shipped back to Marketify in new condition with the original packaging, invoice, delivery slip/order, and every component that is available in the box undamaged, including any free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner. Item must be unused or has not been installed. All securely sealed items must not be opened, especially electronic items (unless our service center can ascertain that they were found defective at the time of opening).

Refunds in Extraordinary Circumstances
In the event of a delivery failure or sudden stock depletion, whether it is a lost item or deliveries were made 14 calendar days after the estimated delivery date is mentioned on the website, the Customer is able to request for a refund via this link: https://www.marketify.org/contact/. Please note that in certain circumstances, deliveries may take up to 60 days due to backorders, and this will be clearly written on the product page in our website.

Refunds will be made directly to the Customer, in the manner which the payment was made (eWallet / credit card / debit card / FPX) – In a maximum of 14 working days after the refund request is received from the Customer, with verifiable proof of delivery failure or out of stock notice from Marketify.

DELIVERY POLICY

When an order has been placed in our system, an email confirmation will be sent to the registered email as provided on the ‘Shipping Details’ in the checkout section of Marketify’s website. The parcel will then be dispatched by our delivery partner within 3 business days. Expected standard delivery times are as followed:

Destination / Business Days

Peninsular Malaysia / 3 – 5 business days
East Malaysia / 5 – 7 business days

Standard delivery charges applicable for all orders and are calculated during checkout and are subject to our Refunds and Exchange policy.
